Terminado mais um Tyrrell seis rodas, desta vez o usado por Jody Scheckter no GP do Japão de 1976, que contou com algumas mudanças em relação às outras versões, notadamente a maior asa traseira e o filtro de ar diferente nas cornetas. Kit Tamiya, escala 1/20. The Tyrrell P34 caused a sensation within the F1 world when it was unveiled in 1975. It sought to enhance braking and cornering performance by reducing the size of the drag-inducing front tires while preserving contact patch area through the use of 4 tires, thereby creating the only 6 front wheeled machine in F1 history.The Tyrrell P34 appeared at the 1976 Japanese GP in an overall blue livery, with the car numbers and body side stripes in yellow and sponsor markings written in white. Team and driver names were also written in Japanese specifically for this race. Tamiya kit, 1/20th scale.

Terminado o minúsculo McLaren, temos carros de Fórmula 1 em oito escalas diferentes: do menor para o maior, McLaren MP 4/4 na escala 1/64 (Tameo), Sauber escala 1/43 (Tameo), Surtees escala 1/32 (Matchbox), Ligier escala 1/28 (Nitto), Tyrrell escala 1/24 (Hasegawa), McLaren MP 4/20 escala 1/20 (Red 5), Renault escala 1/18 (Heller) e Ferrari escala 1/12 (Protar).

McLaren MP 4/4 escala 1/64

Kit terminado na semana passada, temos hoje um McLaren MP 4/4 pilotado por Ayrton Senna da Silva em Suzuka/88. Nesta prova o Ayrton foi simplesmente fantástico e com a vitória conquistou seu primeiro título de campeão mundial de Fórmula 1. O kit é na inusitada escala 1/64, minúsculo, produzido pela empresa italiana Tameo, tem em torno de 100 peças e foi sem dúvida minha experiência mais difícil no plastimodelismo por conta do tamanho das peças, mas foi um trabalho gratificante. Vendo as fotos antes de postar, percebi um pouco de silvering no decal de um pneu, falha já corrigida para guardar o modelo na estante.
Kit finished last week, today we have a McLaren MP 4/4 driven by Ayrton Senna da Silva in Suzuka/88. In this competition Ayrton was simply fantastic and with the victory won his first title of world champion. The kit is at 1/64th scale, very tiny, produced by the Italian company Tameo, has about 100 pieces and was certainly the more difficult experience I had in modeling due to the size of the pieces. Seeing the photos before posting, I noticed a bit of decal silvering in a tire, the failure is already corrected to save the model on the shelf.
